Crane Inspections

(OSHA) 1910.179 standard requires organizations to regularly inspect overhead cranes to prevent potential accidents.

Cranes must be inspected every 12 months. Certifications include a basis in the 1910.179 regulations, ASME/ANS B0.2, B30.11, B30.16, B30.17, 30.20, B30.21 standards and CMAA Specification 70 and 74. All inspectors meet Crane Manufacturers Association of America criteria of a crane inspector.
